PROJECT CONTEXT

New construction of 30’000m2 of office space, workshops, restaurants, research, and fabrication programs across three floors that are connected by a central courtyard connector. New developments have since been brought to the building project.

Daylight analysis, Schematic design, Design variants

Working with the client, our team analyzed and consulted on integrating of daylight through multiple design phases. Attention was brought to the contribution of a central atrium and the benefits of added skylights to the daylight performance and spatial experience in the building.
